Refund policy

You have the possibility to return items bought on www.fudaf.store within 14 calendar days following delivery. No refund request will be accepted passed this delay.

Due to the limited production and edition of our products, we do not accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you have the possibility to apply for a return and place a new order on our website.

To use this right, the products must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them, in their original packaging (with all labels etc.).

You will be responsible for the choice of transporter and for the cost of shipping the items back to our warehouse located in US (we recommend using a tracking system).

We will then reimburse you the cost of the products that you have paid within 14 working days after we receive your parcel.
